Facility spec sheets
Commercial Floor Coating Costs in Ottawa
Pick the kind of facility. Each spec sheet sets the floor systems a source names for it side by side: the published price band, the first-use and full-service times from one product's data sheet, the slab moisture limit, and the rules that apply to that kind of space. Where too few prices are published, the sheet says so instead of guessing.

| Polished concrete on an existing slab | About $3 to $15 per sq ft; most commercial jobs about $5 to $12 |
| Standard surface prep, when not in the quote | About $1 to $3 per sq ft extra; heavy resurfacing more |
| Urethane cement | Too few independent Canadian prices for a range |
| MMA | No Canadian published price found |
Ontario and Canadian published contractor ranges, each from two or more independent sources. They are ranges, not quotes: the slab, the prep, the moisture test, cove base, texture and after-hours work decide your price. Multiply a per-square-foot range by your own floor area if you want a rough figure.
