Warehouse Floor Costs in Ottawa: Coat It or Polish It?
Get quotes for this facilityIn a warehouse the square footage is large, so the per-square-foot range matters and so does the closure. Polished concrete works the slab you have; a coating adds a film on top. Compare both in the spec sheet, then tick what the floor carries.
